Patti and I (John) have worked in the coffee industry for a long time now. Collectively, we reap over 20 years of experience. From working with green coffee importers, sustainable-reusable coffee filters, managing coffee shops, working as the barista, and roasting coffee, we feel confident in our craft and are passionate about the next steps we’re seeking to take to make our dream of opening our own coffee shop a reality.
